Answering Service and Dispatch Agents provide great customer service by answering incoming calls for a variety of businesses. You’ll follow specific account instructions to take accurate messages and provide quality service for our clients. This is a part-time position. This position requires training from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm M-F and then a schedule of evenings, one weekend shift a week, and holidays after training. The weekly hour requirement is at least 20 hours, with the potential of up to 38 hours. Qualified applicants must be located in South Dakota.
 
Essential Job Functions:

 
  • Answer calls in a timely manner and according to client’s instruction.
  • Relay accurate messages to the recipient through phone calls, page, text, or email.
  • Follow troubleshooting steps to assist customers experiencing problems with their telephone or TV service.

Starting Pay and Benefits:

 
  • $14.25/hour, plus a potential $250 sign-on bonus

Education and Experience:
