Answering Service Agents provide great customer service by answering incoming calls for a variety of businesses. You’ll follow specific account instructions to take accurate messages and provide quality service for our clients. This is a part-time position, maximum 30 hours per week, with flexible shift options, including: Week Day, Week Day Nights, Weekend Day, and Weekend Nights.
 
Essential Job Functions:
 
 
  • Answer calls in a timely manner and according to client’s instruction.
  • Relay accurate messages to the recipient through phone calls, page, text, or email.
  • Follow troubleshooting steps to assist customers experiencing problems with their telephone or TV service.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 
 
  • Good computer and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Starting Pay and Benefits:
 
  • $10.25*/hour, plus a potential $250 sign-on bonus

*$9.75 per hour base rate plus $.50 per hour bonus for perfect attendance during the pay period. 
  
Education and Experience:
No prior experience or training is needed.  Ages 16 and over are encouraged to apply.
 
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen are required. Golden West Technologies is an EOE.
